Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê (/ˈahɘ/ /ëˈqènɘ/ [simple] [medal]) is a temperate Town located in the Vapíatacê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê was founded by Hayḿ Trëmêv, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 20°C (68°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê receives an average of 235 cm/y (92 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 738 m (2421 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1164, by Hayḿ Trëmêv. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of restrictive baked earthen streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's minimaly adiquite are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Your first impression of Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.

The Hellfire Ignis near Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Ahê-ëqènê Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves sex to channel Conjuration energies of tier 2 via oratory performances.
